張麗娜個人簡介

張麗娜生於台灣，1985年移加，曾拜師於陽雲老師(已故)及周士心教授。現任加西台灣藝術家協會的會長及漂木藝術家協會的副會長。曾任本會的副會長，現是本會的永久會員，作品多次參加洛杉磯、多倫多、溫哥華、台灣的聯展，同時亦授水墨畫予初學者。閒暇時寫作，以人物專訪為題，並刊登於世界日報藝文采風版。活躍於溫哥華社團，溫哥華女性藝術家雙年展籌備委員，同時擔任中華民國的僑務促進委員，及99、100年雙十國慶系列的籌備委員。

Lina Chuang was born in Taiwan and has been painting Chinese brush painting since 1992. She has her own studio and teaches Chinese brush painting.

At present, she is the President of the Western Canada Taiwanese Artist Society. She has organized the Women`s Work Biennial Exhibition in 2005, 2007 and 2010. Lina was the former Vice-President of the Chinese Canadian Artist Association of Canada and the Chinese Canadian Artist Federation in Vancouver. She has participated in numerous joint exhibitions and had her own solo exhibition in 2007 at the Taiwanese Canadian Cultural Society. In 2003 her painting “Paphio” achieved an award from the CAAC. She contributed her artwork to the Endeavour Gala for the Canadian Diabetes Association in 2005, and also to the Taiwan 921 Earthquake and 88 Flood foundations. In her spare time, Lina also likes to write. Recently, she has contributed articles to the World Journal newspaper. Lina loves living in Vancouver and enjoys being an active member of its community.
